2024
Working with 12 statewide faith leaders, AMOS organized 120 Iowans from evangelical, mainline Protestant, and Catholic churches across the state for a Building Bridges Seminar about strengthening small towns and growing our collective power to act on the issues impacting families in rural, suburban, and urban Iowa.
2025
AMOS convened 100 Iowans from 24 communities for a statewide rural organizing seminar on the legacy of the 1980s Farm Crisis, uniting urban and rural leaders to build relationships, deepen shared understanding, and launch new local organizing campaigns across Iowa.
