Project IOWA is a 21st century workforce initiative of AMOS. Project IOWA:
- "Upskills" workers towards jobs that pay a living wage
- Pays for all training costs
- Provides up-front job commitments in select employment areas
- Provides wrap around, case management and academic support to all participants
